Where land transfer is to be undertaken, we will survey the existing boundaries, confirm with Land Registry records and Deed plans, establish the new boundary lines and set-out the new boundary positions on-site. Land Registry compliant transfer plans will then be produced, which are an essential component in conveyancing.
